When can I expect my products ?


Your products will be shipped in 1-3 days and will arrive in 5-7 business days .




What if I have to return my product?


Any return inquiries should be sent to our email Goodvibesgreattea@gmail.com. We value our customers and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!




How do I cancel my order?


All canellation orders should be made as soon as possible within 24 hous of the order. All refunds may take up to 3-5 business days and will be credited back to your payment method.




How can I track my order?


With your purchase we will send you a confirmation email. When your product is shipped you will receive another email with tracking information.Your product delivery date will depend on your area as well as the courier service.




What if I dont receive my order?


If for any reason you do not receive your order please contact our staff immediately. You will receive a response email within 24 hours.




How do I make a claim for my Lost or Stolen Package?


Good Vibes Great Tea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.




Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?


Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 3-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster.




Do You Ship International Orders?


We ship world wide with USPS. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, please expect 3-7 business days for delivery. Canada/International orders take 7-15 business days to receive. International Orders: Customs regulations, weather conditions, and other factors may affect shipments that are going to international addresses. Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country USPS postal site stops tracking it. Please refer to the post office or customs in your country with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s). You can also call the International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811 for tracking information.
